Mermaid Tea Party

The Cold Spring Harbor Whaling Museum is hosting its annual mermaid celebration. Meet and greet the Museum Mermaid, enjoy complimentary snacks and create mermaid-themed crafts to take home with you. Costumes are welcome. $12 per participant, for all ages.

The Humble Honey Bee

To celebrate National Honey Bee Day, the LICM will be teaching kids about the hardworking insects. Honey bees work hard to give us honey and beeswax, which is used in lip balms, skin moisturizers, candles, and cooking. Kids will be able to make a beeswax candle to take home with them.

Jr. Marine Biologist

Bring your child to a fun-filled, two hour long event where you both can learn about the marine environment. This program includes hands-on time with live marine animals, beach activities, and a craft. $25 per child, includes adult. $5 for any additional adults. For ages 3 to 5.
