PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of East Williston will hold a public hearing 18TH day of June, 2020 at 7:30 pm. This meeting will be held by video/teleconference pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.15.to hear the application of Virginia Manfredi, 31 Post Avenue, East Williston, New York to request variances from:
Lot coverage -house, patio, garage, walkways, maintain of basement stairs, fireplace, etc. Section 160-14 (c1)

Placement of accessory buildings -garages shall not be located within 5 feet of any property line. Section
160-32 (C)
3 feet requested
Placement of accessory uses driveways must be at least 5 feet from any side yard Section 160-32 (D-1c)

Applicant seeks to legalize location of garage and driveway.
While these meetings will be open to the public there will be no ‘in-person’ location.
