NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Public Notice is hereby given that separate sealed BIDS for the 2018-2019 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM will be received until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on FRIDAY, MAY 10, 2019 at the Business Office of East Williston UFSD, located at 11 Bacon Road, Old Westbury, New York 11568, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be labeled “Capital Improvement Bid—Fence” and addressed to Purchasing Agent, Ms. Christine Kim.
The work shall be as follows:

Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained at the Office of the Architect, John A. Grillo, P.C., (631-476-2161) located at 1213 Main Street, Port Jefferson, NY 11777, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays on or after APRIL 25, 2019
