NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Trustees, at a remote public hearing held via the Zoom App on May 12th, 2020, adopted following Local Law.
LOCAL LAW. 1 of 2020
A LOCAL LAW authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law ß3-c. A copy of this proposed Local Law is available for inspection on the Village’s website https://www.villageoflakesuccess.com/.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that due to public health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Village Hall is not open to the public. In accordance with Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1, the Village has limited Village Office Hours and public access to Village facilities to adhere to state-mandated social distancing to limit the spread of the virus. Accordingly, Local Laws will not be available for inspection at Village Hall. This Local Law shall become effective upon filing with the Secretary of State.
