PLEASE TAKE NOTICE public hearings will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Manorhaven on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 33 Manorhaven Boulevard, Port Washington, New York 11050, for the following applications, and such other matters as may come before the Board:
PB 2-2020 Application of AJS Group, Inc. owner of premises known as 59 Hickory Road., Port Washington, New York, known on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 4, Block 52, Lots 47—49 for site plan approval for a proposed new two-family residence.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the board will enter Executive Session from 7:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. with hearings commencing immediately thereafter. This meeting will not be open to the public but can be accessed via ZOOM virtual conference. Login details will be available on the Village website: https://https://www.manorhaven.org/clerksdesk.html
The applications and accompanying exhibits are on file and may be inspected at the Village Office during normal business hours between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If anyone needs special accommodations for a disability, such person should contact the Village Clerk at least 5 days before the hearing. At said hearing, all parties and interests will be given an opportunity to be heard.
