Police officials said four people were transported to a local hospital Monday in Roslyn after their car crashed into a utility pole.
Officials said the car was traveling on Mineola Avenue at around 9:15 a.m. when the crash occurred.
According to police, the car hit a pole, knocking down live wires.
Neither the identities of the injured nor the nature of the injuries was disclosed by authorities, but officials said the injuries are not considered life-threatening.
