LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 17, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Village Hall, 494 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, NY for the purpose of considering the adoption of the following Local Law:
Local Law No. 6 of 2019 entitled: ‘A local Law Amending Village Code ß192-17(D) Regarding Restoration Of Improvements To Village Streets.’ This local law will amend §192-17(D) of the Village Code to clarify what are the regulations that public service corporations and other persons covered by that section must follow in restoring Village streets.
This local law will take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.
A copy of said local law is available for review at the Village Hall during business hours.
